About

The Operating System for Tax Professionals

We are building the system a tax practice should have had all along — one place where the client, the documents, the deadlines and the work belong together.

Our story

Why We Built TaxOS

Why TaxOS exists

Tax practices run on client information, documents, deadlines and follow-ups. That work is usually split across spreadsheets, shared folders, email and chat — so the practice depends on memory rather than a system.

What we are building

One operating system for the practice: clients, KYC, documents, tasks, workflows, compliance items, billing and team collaboration in a single connected workspace instead of nine disconnected tools.

Who we build for

Indian tax consultants, chartered accountants, accountants, tax firms and growing tax teams who need repeatable process without adding administrative overhead.

How we work

TaxOS is in beta and shaped directly by the practices using it. Feedback sent from inside the product reaches the team building it.

Principles

What We Hold To

Honest scope

TaxOS is practice-management software. It does not file returns with government portals, it is not connected to live government APIs and it never stores portal credentials.

Client data stays separated

Every firm workspace is isolated. Clients invited to the portal can only ever see their own records.

Process over reminders

A due date on its own is not a system. TaxOS ties each obligation to the documents, steps, owners and approvals that actually complete it.
