The service
TaxOS is practice-management software for tax professionals. It helps you manage clients, documents, tasks, workflows, compliance items, billing and team collaboration.
What TaxOS is not
TaxOS does not file returns with the GST, income-tax, TDS or MCA portals, is not connected to live government APIs, and does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. Professional judgement and statutory compliance remain your responsibility.
Trial and beta plan
New workspaces get a 7-day free trial. Continuing after the trial is charged at the beta launch price of ₹2,999 per year. Beta pricing applies to the beta period and we will tell you in advance of any change.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for who you invite into your workspace, for the roles you assign and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Your data
Your firm's records, client information and documents remain yours. We process them to operate the service and will export or delete them on request.
Acceptable use
Do not use TaxOS to store unlawful content, attempt to access another workspace, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access without agreement.
Availability
TaxOS is in beta and under active development. We work to keep it available and reliable, and we will communicate planned changes that affect how you work.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
