Client 360

Client Management Software for CA Firms

Keep every client's identity, profile, ownership and history in one structured record instead of across a spreadsheet, a folder and someone's memory.

Key benefits

What Changes for Your Practice

Tax identifiers together

PAN, TAN, GSTIN and CIN live on the client record where the team expects to find them.

Complete contact detail

Primary and secondary contacts, phone, email and addresses in structured fields.

Business and tax profile

Entity type, constitution, financial-year details and engagement context in one place.

Clear ownership

Assigned staff on each client so queries and work reach the right person.

Notes and tags

Segment the client base and keep context that would otherwise sit in a chat thread.

Activity history

A trail of what changed, what was uploaded and what was completed on the client.

What Client 360 holds

The client record is the anchor for everything else in TaxOS. Documents, tasks, workflow instances, compliance items and invoices all attach to it, which means you never have to reconcile two lists of clients.

  • Identifiers: PAN, TAN, GSTIN, CIN
  • Contacts, phones, emails and addresses
  • Business profile and tax profile
  • Assigned staff and internal notes
  • Tags for segmentation
  • Activity timeline

Onboarding a client properly

New clients are added with a guided onboarding checklist, KYC documents by category, and the services they engage. Because onboarding is structured, the record is complete before work starts rather than being filled in later under deadline pressure.

Assignments and access

Each client can be assigned to the staff responsible for them. Role-based access decides who inside the firm can view or change the record, and clients themselves only ever see their own information through the portal.

Why not a spreadsheet

A spreadsheet can hold names and PANs, but it cannot show what is pending, who owns it or what happened last month. The value of a client record is the work attached to it — that is the difference this page is about.

Use cases

Everyday Uses

Client call preparation

Open one page and see status, pending items and recent activity before dialling.

Handover to a colleague

The record carries the context, so the handover is not a conversation.

Segmenting the base

Tags separate retainer clients, one-time engagements and priority accounts.

Annual review

Check which clients have incomplete profiles or missing KYC before the season starts.

FAQ

Questions Firms Ask Before Switching

Can we import our existing client list?

Clients can be created in the workspace during onboarding; identifiers and profile fields are structured so the record is consistent from the start.

Who can see a client record?

Only members of your firm workspace, according to their role. Clients see only their own information in the portal.

Does the record include filings?

TaxOS is practice-management software: it tracks and reminds, and does not file returns with any government portal. It records the work your firm performs around them.
